27/10 – Chocolat

This morning Seán and I went out for Starbucks before our lectures. It was a perfectly gloomy day, just like most of the weekend had been, and I was glad to get inside and get something warm. Enter, classic hot chocolates with pumpkin spice syrup. Mm.

Now I’m back at my dorm, on my third cup of hot tea this evening and working on an essay about the consequences of illicit sex in early modern Europe for Patriarchy, Sex, and Gender in Early Modern Europe. It’s a pretty easy paper, considering there are so many resources, so I think I’ll fill up the 2,000 words relatively easily. Tomorrow I’m off of classes, but I will probably hit the library for some source hunting and try to get a first draft done.
